demoshakeA new era
May 2026

To everyone closing B2B deals,

Most stakeholders in a B2B deal never open the demo.

That is the line we kept hitting, conversation after conversation, for the better part of a year. Today we are changing what demoshake is, in service of the deals our customers actually have to close.

We started demoshake as an interactive demo tool. It works. Buyers explore on their own time, sellers reach more people without burning the calendar, demos do their job. But that job turned out to be smaller than we had built a company around.

Here is what we kept seeing. A great demo gets one person excited. It does not help that person convince anyone else.

Five people decide on a B2B purchase. On a good day, two of them open the demo.

The other three are not unimportant. They are the deal. The CFO who never opened the demo still has to sign. The CISO still has to clear it.

And the champion, the one person actually rooting for you, is left assembling the rest by hand: an ROI spreadsheet, a security PDF pulled from a closed deal, an implementation plan stitched out of Notion pages, and an email thread that goes cold the moment someone forgets to forward it.

We spent the last few months building the fix with design partners. Teams testing it stopped sending demo links and started sending rooms.

Deals moved faster, not because the demos got better, but because the other stakeholders stopped being a bottleneck.

So today we are changing what demoshake is.

demoshake is now a deal room.

One link. One place. The whole buying committee in the same room. Each person lands on the part that is theirs, drafted with AI, on the first click instead of after three forwarded emails.

You see who opened what, where they stalled, and who has not shown up yet.

Deals do not close because of a great demo. They close when five people each quietly say yes.

We built the place where that happens.

With that, we get back to building.

Sincerely,

Harun Basic

P.S. If you have been using demoshake for demos, nothing you have goes away. Your interactive demos work exactly as they did. They now live inside the room, next to the rest of what your buyer’s committee needs.

No migration, no second plan, no tool to swap. You stop paying for a standalone demo platform and get the room around the demo for the same price.
