You already spend half your day in an AI assistant. Until now, demoshake was one more tab you had to go to.

Not anymore. Connect demoshake to Claude, or anything else that speaks MCP, and it can run your workspace directly. Ask it to build a room for a company and it does the whole thing: researches them, creates the room, writes each stakeholder's sections from your knowledge base, lays out the action plan, publishes it, and hands you back the share link.

More than 40 actions are available, the same ones the product uses itself, so nothing your assistant can do is a second-class version of the real thing. It comes with a build playbook and an audit playbook, so you can also point it at a room you already have and ask what is weak.

Anything destructive asks you first. You connect once and sign in the way you always do, with no API keys to paste, store or rotate.

The room your buyer opens is still yours. You just stopped having to leave your assistant to make it.

Content is the product here. So we rebuilt the editor around that.

• Type markdown and it becomes formatting: headings, lists, quotes, dividers, bold and italic as you go
• Cmd+K for links, or paste a URL onto selected text
• Callouts, quotes and nested lists that behave the way you expect when you hit Tab
• Drop in an image, caption it, drag it to the size you want
• Embed a Loom, a YouTube demo or a Vimeo walkthrough directly in a section

Select a paragraph and ask AI to tighten it, and what comes back is properly formatted, not flattened into plain text.

Underneath, we replaced how content is stored, which quietly fixed a set of things that used to cost you: underline surviving a save, bold inside table cells, bold italic staying both. Existing rooms upgraded themselves. You did nothing.

Enterprise deals are decided by six to ten people. Most tools show you a list of email addresses and call that a buying committee.

Stakeholders have photos now. Add them yourself, or let each person set their own from their profile inside the room. Faces show up everywhere people appear: the roster, the conversation, the activity feed, the approval grid.

It sounds cosmetic. It is not. A deal room with six named faces in it reads like a group of people making a decision together, which is exactly what you want everyone in there to feel.

There is a difference between sending a buyer a link to a vendor's platform and sending them a link to your company. Procurement notices. Security notices.

Point your own hostname at us with one DNS record and certificates handle themselves. From then on every share link and every invitation email goes out on your domain.

Links you sent last month keep working. Nothing you have already put in a buyer's inbox turns into a dead page.

Your buyer's first impression of your deal room should not be a reminder that you bought software.

Set your brand once and every room inherits it. Override it per deal when a deal deserves it. The landing screen is now a proper arrival: your cover, the room name, and both logos side by side, yours and theirs, so it reads as a room built for that company rather than a page you generated.

Dark mode follows their device. Your icon sits in their browser tab. And what you see in preview is exactly what they get, right down to the front door.

Every other sales room lets you send documents. Real deals are not one direction. You need their security questionnaire, their signed order form, their redlines, and right now you are asking for those in an email thread nobody is winning.

So ask for them in the room. A request becomes an empty slot with a dropzone sitting in front of the person who owes it, until they fill it. You can see what is still missing at a glance, and so can they.

And a negotiation stays one document. Draft, redline, counter-draft, signed: each version stacks on the last as a timeline, instead of four files called contract_v2_FINAL living in four different inboxes.

A deal room used to be a page your buyer scrolled. Now it is a place they come back to.

Five areas, each with its own address you can send someone straight to:

• Overview, which changes depending on who you are and when you last visited. First time, it sells: who you are, what is inside, how long it takes to read. Every time after, it briefs: what is waiting on you, what changed, where you left off
• Content, written for their role
• Action Plan, the shared milestones and their own assignments
• Documents, the shelf both sides use
• Decision, where every stakeholder approves in the open, in front of each other

A conversation panel follows them across all five, so a question never means leaving the thing that raised it.

Most tools give your buyer a document. This gives them a room they walk back into.

We called them stories for a year. Every single customer called them deal rooms. Customers win that argument, so the name is now Deal Rooms everywhere: in the product, the docs and the API.

The bigger change shipped alongside it. Your rooms tell you things now. A stakeholder accepts an invitation, asks a question, finishes an action item, and it reaches you in the app or in your inbox, whichever you prefer. Buyers get their own feed inside the room, so they can see what moved since they were last here. Deal gone quiet on purpose? Pause a room and it stops talking.

This is also where we moved to shipping in the open. Everything below has a real date on it.

The security whitepaper is in someone's Drive. The pricing sheet is attached to an email from March. The deck exists in four versions and nobody knows which one is current.

Upload them once. Mark them as knowledge and the AI can write from them too, so your own material stops being something you attach and starts being something the room understands.

Two more things that came with it. Export any room as a PDF, because somebody will always forward a document and now the version they forward is yours. And decide per room who gets in, with a password when the deal calls for one.

The best reps research the company before they write a word. The other 90% of the time, nobody has 40 minutes.

Give us a company name. We read their site, their positioning, their public material, and leave the findings in your knowledge base as research you can read, edit and reuse.

Then the AI writes from it. A business case for a 40-person fintech stops reading like a business case for a 4,000-person manufacturer, because it was never generic to begin with. It runs in the background while you set the room up, so by the time you reach the content, the homework is already done.

A tool you have to remember to check is a tool you stop checking.

So we brought the deal to you. Room activity lands in the Slack channel your team already lives in, the moment a stakeholder opens something or approves something. Deal and contact context comes straight from HubSpot when you build a room, so you stop retyping what your CRM already knows.

And signing in takes one click now. Magic link, one-time code, no password anybody has to reset.

Ask a rep what happens next in their biggest deal and you get a confident answer. Ask the buyer and you get a different one. That gap is where deals go to die quietly.

Every deal room now carries a mutual action plan. Milestones, action items, owners on both sides, one shared view. Assign the security review to their infrastructure lead and they see it the next time they open your link. You see it the moment it is done.

The AI drafts the first version from what it already knows about the deal, so you start from a plan you can argue with instead of an empty page.

The objection that killed your last deal was raised in an email thread you were never on, answered by a champion who guessed, and you found out in the loss review.

Now anyone in the room can highlight a line and ask about it. The question anchors to the exact sentence that caused it. You get notified. Your answer sits next to the thing it answers, where the next stakeholder will find it without asking again.

The conversation moves out of their inbox and into your room.

The first version of demoshake did one thing: it let teams build and share product demos without engineering.

It worked, and it taught us the thing that shaped everything after it. Every customer told us the same story. The demo was never the hard part. The hard part was everything that happened after the call, in a buying committee we could not see and could not reach.

That problem is what we have been building toward ever since.
