DIGITAL SALES ROOM

The digital sales room built for the whole buying group.

One room for every person who has to say yes. Finance gets the business case, security gets the answers, the champion gets the plan, and everyone works from the same timeline to signature.

FREE PLAN · NO CREDIT CARD · 3 ACTIVE DEAL ROOMS

THE PROBLEM

Your champion can't sell a deal to people who need different answers.

The demo went well. Then your champion has to carry it into a room you'll never be in. The CFO wants the numbers. Security wants the controls. Legal wants the redlines. Everyone else wants to know what happens next. So your champion forwards a deck, a PDF and four email threads, and the deal waits while people argue over what they each read.

74%

of B2B buyer teams show "unhealthy conflict" during the buying decision.

A forwarded PDF can't answer six people at once. A deal room can.

WHAT IT IS

What is a digital sales room? One room per deal, opened to the buying side.

A digital sales room is a private, shared web space a seller sets up for one deal and opens to the buyer's team. In demoshake it is called a Deal Room. It holds what they need to decide: the sections written for each role, a mutual action plan with owners on both sides, the documents going back and forth, and a conversation anchored to the content it is about. You see who came in, what they read, and where each person stands on the deal.

  • ONE COMPANY, ONE ROOMYour logo and theirs at the door. Your colors, or your own domain.
  • DRAFT UNTIL YOU PUBLISHNothing is visible to the buyer until you open the room.
  • IN BY INVITATIONEach stakeholder gets their own link, under the access rules you set.

ONE ROOM, A VIEW PER ROLE

Every stakeholder opens the room and finds their part.

A room everyone has to scroll buries each reader's part. In demoshake, the room is split by stakeholder role: Economic Buyer, Security, Legal, End Users, whatever this deal needs. Each role holds its own sections, and each person on the buying side belongs to one role. So the CFO lands on ROI and pricing, the security lead lands on your controls and the questionnaire, and nobody digs through content written for someone else.

  • Written for the reader. Each role's sections are drafted for that role's priorities and in that role's language.
  • Shared where it should be.The overview, the action plan and approvals are the same for the whole group, so everyone is deciding the same deal.
  • Questions stay in context.A comment on a section is visible to the roles that can see that section. A general question reaches the whole group.

One room. A different view for every role that has to say yes.

WHILE YOU'RE AWAY

ENTERPRISE

The deal room that keeps working after you log off.

Create a room for a prospect tonight. By morning it is ready for your review.

Tonight: you name the deal.

Give the room a company and a sentence about the deal. That's the brief.

By default, nothing reaches your buyer until you approve it. When something needs you, you'll hear about it.

Available on the Enterprise plan for now. See pricing

FEATURES

Digital sales room software, feature by feature.

DEAL ROOMS

One room per deal, built in minutes.

Start from a company and a sentence. Rooms carry your brand kit and the buyer's logo at the door, light or dark to match your look, and can live on your own domain. Drafts stay private until you publish.

  • Your branding, with the buyer's mark beside yours
  • Custom domain on Pro
  • New business, expansion or renewal, each its own room

STAKEHOLDER ROLES

A section list for every seat at the table.

Add a role for each audience on the buying side and give it the sections that audience needs. Invite each stakeholder into their role. They see their content, plus what the whole group shares.

  • Unlimited roles per room on Pro (4 on Free)
  • Interactive product demos and ROI calculators inside any section
  • Preview the room exactly as any stakeholder will see it

MUTUAL ACTION PLAN

A plan to signature that both sides own.

Lay out milestones and action items, assign each one to someone on your team or theirs, and track it from not started to completed. Or ask the AI to draft the whole plan from what the room already knows, then edit it. Everyone sees what is blocking the deal and who holds it.

KNOWLEDGE

Content grounded in what your company actually knows.

Point demoshake at your website, keep your company profile current, and write down the answers your team gives every week. The AI draws on that knowledge when it writes a section, so drafts sound like you and stay true to what you sell. Attach the entries that matter to each room.

  • Your website, synced and re-synced, on Pro
  • Your organization profile, researched once
  • Your own entries, editable in place

SHARING AND ACCESS

Every person gets their own way in.

Each stakeholder enters through their own link, so you know who opened the room. Choose how strict the door is: link only, an email, a verified email, a password, or email plus password.

  • Per-person links, not one shared URL
  • Email verification codes and passwords
  • Branded gate with your mark and theirs

ENGAGEMENT ANALYTICS

Know who read what, and who went quiet.

See when the room was opened, which sections each person read and how far they scrolled, which roles are active, and where each stakeholder stands on approval. Follow up with the person who stalled, not the whole thread.

  • Opens by day and by stakeholder
  • Section views and scroll depth
  • Approval status per stakeholder
  • Full analytics on Pro

BRING YOUR OWN AI

Work your deal rooms from your own AI.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any other AI tool that supports MCP to demoshake and it works in your workspace as you: it can find a company, set up a room, write sections from your knowledge, and lay out the action plan. It signs in with your account, there is no key to copy, and anything destructive has to be explicitly confirmed.

  • Works with Claude and ChatGPT
  • And any other tool that supports MCP
  • Disconnect a client in one click

HOW IT WORKS

From the demo to a signed deal in four steps.

  1. 1

    Create the room.

Pick the company and describe the deal in a sentence. The AI researches the buyer and drafts a room you can edit.

  2. 2

    Shape it for each role.

Review the sections for each stakeholder role, drop in a demo or an ROI calculator, and lay out the action plan to signature.

  3. 3

    Invite the buying group.

Publish, then send each stakeholder their own link. Your champion can invite colleagues too.

  4. 4

    Follow the deal.

Watch who reads what, answer questions where they were asked, and move the plan forward until everyone approves.

QUESTIONS

Digital sales rooms, plainly answered.

What is a digital sales room?
A digital sales room is a private, shared web space a seller sets up for one deal and opens to the buyer's team. It replaces scattered email attachments with one place for the proposal, the supporting content, a mutual action plan and the conversation, and it shows the seller who engaged with what. In demoshake it is called a Deal Room, and its content is split by stakeholder role so each person sees what was written for them.
Is a digital sales room the same as a virtual sales room or a deal room?
In practice, yes. All three describe a private web space a seller sets up for one deal and shares with the buyer's team. Vendors use the names differently, so look at what the room does: who sees what, whether the plan is shared, and whether the seller can see who engaged.
What are the benefits of a digital sales room?
Buyers get one place for everything instead of a chain of forwarded attachments, so people your champion brings in can catch up alone. Both sides work from the same plan, so a stalled step is visible. And the seller can see who opened what, so follow-ups go to the person who went quiet.
What's the difference between a digital sales room and a client portal?
A client portal usually serves customers after the sale: invoices, tickets, files. A digital sales room serves a deal before the signature. It is built for a buying group that is still deciding, with a plan to close, content for each decision-maker, and engagement signals the seller can act on. One is for running an account, the other is for winning it.
How is demoshake different from Aligned, Dock or GetAccept?
They are established digital sales room tools, and each has its strengths: GetAccept pairs its rooms with built-in e-signature, Dock also covers customer onboarding after the sale, and Aligned is known for buyer-side collaboration and mutual action plans. demoshake is built around one idea: the room is partitioned by stakeholder role, so the CFO, security and legal each land on sections written for them while the whole group shares one plan. It also drafts those sections from your own knowledge base and can be worked from your own AI such as Claude or ChatGPT. If you need e-signature inside the room, demoshake does not offer that today.
Does every stakeholder see the same thing?
No. Each stakeholder belongs to one role and sees that role's sections. The overview, the action plan, approvals and general questions are shared by the whole buying group, so everyone is deciding on the same deal.
How much does demoshake cost?
There is a free plan with 3 active deal rooms and 200 AI credits a month, no credit card required. Pro is $19 per seat per month with unlimited deal rooms and roles, interactive demos, ROI calculators, engagement analytics, custom branding and a custom domain. Enterprise is custom priced for larger teams, with unlimited seats, a dedicated success manager, while-you're-away agents, and SSO and CRM connections on request.
How do I control who sees a deal room?
Every stakeholder gets their own link, and you choose how strict the door is: link only, an email, a verified email, a password, or both. Rooms stay private drafts until you publish them, each person sees only their role's content, and you can remove access at any time.
Does demoshake integrate with my CRM?
CRM connections such as Salesforce and HubSpot are available on request on Enterprise. Today you add companies and stakeholders in demoshake directly, so talk to sales about what you use.
Can AI build the deal room for me?
Yes. Describe the deal in a sentence and the AI researches the buyer's company, suggests the roles on the buying side and drafts each role's sections from your knowledge. It can draft the mutual action plan too. You review and edit everything, and nothing reaches the buyer until you publish.
Can I use my own AI, like Claude or ChatGPT, with demoshake?
Yes, on Pro. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any other tool that supports MCP. It works in your workspace as you, through the same actions you can take yourself, and anything destructive has to be explicitly confirmed.
Do buyers need an account to open a deal room?
No. Buyers open the room from their own link. Depending on the access rules you set, they may confirm their email or enter a password first, but there is nothing to install and no account to create.

Give every stakeholder the part written for them.
